Crystal’s desire is to support her clients through their journey for self-love, self-care and healthy relationships. Her belief is that everyone experiences hurt and disappointment to some degree that shapes their experience of themselves and others. Through counseling, her goal is to help her clients unpack any emotional and mental areas impacted by those hurtful and disappointing experiences while highlighting and using their strengths to empower them to discover who they are and to reach their definition of a quality of life that includes healthy relationships, goal setting, goal achievement and spiritual health.
